A recent Recorder roundtable brought together a group of entrepreneurial attorneys to share tips on how to build a small firm. Apparently, you still need money to launch a firm, but you don't have to spend a fortune. Some took a no-frills approach, like renting an initial space with views of brick walls, while others spent more to present an already-successful air. On a positive note, Dewey Watson, of Tierney, Watson & Healy, said it costs a lot less to run a law firm than it did 20 years ago.
