André L. Dennis believes that diversity is not a goal that can be achieved simply by allowing market forces to chart their own course.
In light of receiving the Chancellor’s Diversity Award, an award created by former Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Mike Pratt to keep diversity in the limelight by honoring a law firm, legal organization or individual who has contributed to diversity in the legal profession, Dennis said he is both happy and disappointed about the progress in diversifying the legal profession.
