Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has parted company with German corporate partner Wolfgang Grobecker, just a week after announcing his arrival in the U.S. firm’s Munich office.

News of Grobecker’s exit comes after his previous firm, Hengeler Mueller, confirmed that Grobecker was asked to leave the leading German firm late last year because of alleged misconduct.
