The 2004 execution of Cameron Todd Willingham didn't end questions about the Texas death penalty case. Fire investigator experts have since concluded the original finding of arson was seriously flawed. Without that finding, prosecutors have admitted it would have been hard to win a death sentence. But the reports have done nothing to change the minds of Willingham's defense lawyer and four jurors reached by The Associated Press, who remain convinced Willingham set the 1991 blaze that killed his children.
