The vice president at an investment banking firm cannot recover attorney fees from his ex-wife whom he accused of using underhanded tactics to drag out a bitterly fought divorce proceeding.
Jeffrey T. Molinari claimed that Paula E. Molinari’s “stonewalling” and “manipulation” during the litigation caused him to incur hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary legal fees.
