A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized lounge chair while drunk. Prosecutors say 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit when he crashed the customized La-Z-Boy into a parked vehicle. A local deputy police chief says the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and equipped with a stereo and cup holders.

A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he was operating his customized La-Z-Boy and “that he was coming from the Keyboard Lounge after consuming approximately eight or nine beers since about 2 p.m. that day.”
