Pakistan's Attorney General Farooq Naik confirmed Monday that President Asif Zardari signed an order under which 76 supreme and high courts judges in the country will no longer hold their positions. The order followed a judgment by a 14-member bench of the Supreme Court last Friday, which ruled unanimously that then President Pervez Musharraf's imposition of a state of emergency and promulgation of a Provisional Constitutional Order on Nov. 3, 2007 was unconstitutional.
