A small Silicon Valley startup has jumped head first into a high-stakes regulatory fight over Comcast blocking Internet traffic. Vuze Inc., a video-sharing Web site, has been in the forefront of the battle with Comcast that culminated Friday with FCC Chairman Kevin Martin recommending sanctions against the cable giant for interfering with Internet users trying to share files. The action, which still must be approved by the commission, would be a big win for network neutrality advocates.
