Todd Hansel entered a conditional guilty plea to a two-count indictment charging him with possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) and (b)(2), and distribution of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1) and (b)(1). Hansel reserved the right to appeal the district court’s*fn1 denial of his motion to suppress. Hansel now appeals that issue, arguing that the warrants to search his residence lacked probable cause. Hansel also appeals his sentence, contending that the district court improperly applied a three-level enhancement to his offense level for distribution of child pornography to a minor. We affirm.
