A former Alston & Bird employee’s lawsuit that alleged she was fired for not receiving a COVID-19 vaccine is now on its third federal judge in seven months in U.S. district court in Atlanta.
Senior Judge Amy Totenberg is now overseeing the case in the Atlanta Division of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia after District Judge Steven D. Grimberg recused himself in an order without comment on March 14.
