Deidré Keller suddenly resigned from her deanship at Florida A&M University College of Law on Jan. 31. The school has given no explanation for her resignation.

Cecil Howard, who was just named associate provost for the College of Law on Jan. 5, has stepped in as acting dean until an interim dean is named at FAMU Law, which is one of the six Historically Black College and University (HBCU) law schools.
