BNSF Railway Co., the largest freight railroad in the U.S., was slapped with a retaliation lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho this week by a former employee who claims he was terminated for taking time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for suffering an anxiety attack.
