AccessLex Provides Grant for HBCU Law Schools, Others to Participate in NALP Study
"Because we continue to see disparities in employment and salary outcomes based on race, ethnicity and first-generation college status, it is essential that the graduates of HBCU law schools and other institutions enrolling large numbers of people of color be included in our annual Law School Alumni Employment & Satisfaction Study," according to James Leipold, NALP's executive director.

Legal EducationThe AccessLex Institute has given a $40,000 grant to the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Foundation and NALP to enable historically Black colleges and universities' law schools, and law schools with significant numbers of students and alumni from groups underrepresented in the legal profession, to participate in the joint annual Law School Alumni Employment & Satisfaction Study.
