The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board has handed down a five-year suspension to a Virginia Beach attorney for misconduct in four separate matters.

Attorney Barry Ray Taylor was admitted to the Virginia bar in October 1994. He previously received a three-year suspension in August 2019 for three, separate complaints for mismanaging his attorney trust account, lacking diligence and competence with clients and misconduct, court records show.
