The Biden White House on Wednesday unveiled its latest round of judicial nominations, including a pick for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Chief District Judge Leonard Stark is President Joe Biden’s second nominee for that circuit court. Stark, 52, currently sits on the federal court in Delaware and was floated as a potential pick for the Federal Circuit seat. He will fill the vacancy created by Judge Kathleen O’Malley, who will retire in March 2022.
