Controversy continues to surround U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit Chief Judge William Pryor’s hiring of a law clerk known for saying she hates Black people.

“As of this morning, neither he nor she have made any public statement. That is unforgivable,” Georgia State University Law Professor Eric Segall told Law.com. “No, this should not blow over absent this statement.”
