Allen & Overy London real estate finance partner Paul Flanagan has resigned from the firm after a video of him kissing a junior female colleague circulated over the summer.
The video, recorded by on-lookers outside the law firm’s Bishopsgate office around two months ago, shows Flanagan kissing and intimately touching a woman, according to two people with knowledge of the situation.
