If there’s one thing observers of the ongoing legal saga over disgraced former actor and comedian Bill Cosby can agree on, it is that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to reverse his sexual assault conviction was an unpopular one.

Whether it was the right decision is one that has divided some in the legal community, with criminal defense attorneys and Pennsylvania-based lawyers largely backing the high court’s decision.
