After a turbulent year that put racial justice issues front and center, how much progress has the legal profession seen in diversity, equity and inclusion? According to a Twitter chat panel that convened on the anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, the DEI needle still has a lot of moving to do.

The chat, co-hosted by and, was titled ”Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Where Are We One Year Later?” The panel for the side of the chat included Loreal Arscott, principal owner at L.A.
