Douglas Luftman | VP & Deputy General Counsel | DocuSign

Doug joined DocuSign in 2019 as the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel of Product, IP, and Regulatory Affairs, and Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to joining DocuSign, Doug has worked as a legal innovator and executive on senior legal teams at notable public companies such as Palm, NetApp, Intel and CBS, as well as other public midsize and private startup companies. Courtney Dutter | Deputy General Counsel and AVP Legal & Compliance | iCIMS

Courtney Dutter oversees iCIMS’s Contracts & Commercial and Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance groups. Her responsibilities include legal operations, commercial contracting and data protection and privacy for iCIMS’ global product offering, employment law, intellectual property protection, compliance, and assistance with strategic transactions.

Prior to joining iCIMS, Ms. Dutter worked as a research fellow Seton Hall’s Center for Policy & Research and for a municipal government in California.

Rebecca Yoder | Agreement Cloud Strategy Director | DocuSign

Rebecca joined DocuSign in September 2018 as part of the SpringCM acquisition, where she had been Director of Legal Technology.  She brings more than 20 years of corporate legal industry experience and shares her expertise with prospects, clients, and managing relationships with key partners.  Prior to her current role, Rebecca was Accenture’s Director of Legal Technology and a Contract Manager.  She was responsible for technology deployed to Accenture’s Legal professionals and worked closely with the internal IT department to deploy the full scope of the Legal IT blueprint, including Contract Management solutions like CLM, eBilling, Document Management, and Compliance solutions.

Ernesto Carerra | Lead Solution Architect | DocuSign

Ernesto joined DocuSign in September 2018 as part of the SpringCM acquisition, where he had been Director of Sales Engineering. Ernesto has been working in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space for the better part of a decade, and has partnered with clients big and small as they think about modernizing their system of agreement. When it comes to CLM, Ernesto’s interests are mostly centered around workflow and automation, and how these kind of tools can help change the way agreements travel through an organization. Prior to his work at DocuSign/SpringCM, Ernesto worked with document management platforms and electronic trading technologies.
