A new survey of American businesses in China reveals that most are not leaving the China market. However, optimism surrounding the near-to-mid-term future is low as worsening ties between the United States and China as well as the COVID-19 pandemic have taken their toll on business sentiment.

The U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC), a trade group representing more than 200 U.S. businesses in China, published the results of its annual survey of members earlier this month.
