Partners across the U.K. legal industry have reacted to a new agile working policy brought in by Linklaters, which will let the firm’s staff—including partners—work remotely for up to 50% of the time beyond COVID-19.
Some have called the initiative a “game-changer” which will open the floodgates for other firms to shift towards agile working, while others feel the move is too prescriptive and too early.
