A federal appeals court on Friday ruled against a couple who sought to hold a wedding celebration that would have exceeded a New York gathering limit of 50 people.
The ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit sided with New York state, which fought against a lower court decision that banned the state from enforcing the coronavirus-triggered gathering limit on the wedding.
