Paul McCurdy, the former chair of Kelley Drye & Warren, has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in the firm’s financial markets and funds group in New York.
In addition to leading Kelley Drye from 2012 through 2015, McCurdy was on the firm’s executive committee for 12 years and led its broker-dealer regulatory practice for more than 20 years.
