Plaintiffs counsel Peter Reynolds knew from reading the police report that outlined his client's injuries in a car accident that something was amiss.
The responding police officer who had written the report of the October 2019 accident had gotten the severity of injuries all wrong, Reynolds said.
And, depending on the insurance adjuster, that could have been a problem, the attorney said.
