TRUMP - The House Judiciary Committee is expected today to complete its markup of the articles of impeachment against President Trump and vote to refer them to the full House. And about 100 miles away, the Fourth Circuit will hear arguments on whether Trump violated the Emoluments Clause, as alleged by the D.C. and Maryland attorneys general.
