An investigation has been opened against Florida Bar President Michelle Suskauer over the involvement of a disbarred lawyer in her representation of a defendant.
That defendant, Anthony D’Amico, is now represented by Fort Lauderdale litigator Jonathan Friedman, who entered a notice of appearance as his attorney in the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday.
