President Donald Trump included another Third Circuit pick in his latest batch of judicial nominees Friday, a move that could further cement the flip in control from Democratic appointed judges to Republican.

The latest batch also includes a former U.S. Supreme Court clerk and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan partner, who was nominated for a spot in the Southern District of Texas.
