ANGI Homeservices, the Golden, Colorado-based home services marketplace, has appointed its first chief legal officer.

Former Angie’s List chief legal officer Shannon Shaw was made the first top lawyer of ANGI Homeservices. Shaw began her role Monday, according to the press release announcing her appointment. She is responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance and human resources functions of Angie’s List, HomeAdvisor and Handy. Shaw will report directly to ANGI Homeservices CEO Brandon Ridenour.
