A third accuser has come forward with allegations that she was the victim of sexual misconduct at the hands of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Those allegations are reflected in a superseding indictment announced Monday by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. The indictment charges Weinstein, 66, with a first-degree criminal sexual act and two counts of predatory sexual assault pertaining to conduct from 2006; the latter charges carry a minimum 10-year sentence and a maximum penalty of life in prison.
