In 2017 the real estate practice at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti handled Summit Medical Group’s lease of 130,000 square feet from the Rockefeller Group for the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Florham Park, and also worked with Lincoln Equities Group on Allergan’s move to new headquarters in Madison. The firm also is land use counsel on the redevelopment of the 49-acre former Colgate-Palmolive site in Morris Township.
