A federal judge in Oregon has appointed 11 lawyers, including one from South Florida, to lead more than 40 class actions brought over alleged security flaws in Intel Corp.’s microprocessor chips.
In a Monday order, U.S. District Judge Michael Simon of the District of Oregon appointed six men and five women to the team. Christopher Seeger and Rosemary Rivas have been named co-lead counsel.
