The court of appeal granted in part, denied in part, and dismissed in part petitions for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board, granted the board’s cross-application for enforcement, and remanded. The court held that a hospital engaged in an unfair labor practice when it terminated a union activist based on his alleged violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
