Both Santa Clara and Contra Costa counties voted on judicial seats and a number of measures in Tuesday's elections. The results placed San Jose Independent Police Auditor Teresa Guerrero-Daley in one of two open seats on the the Santa Clara County Superior Court bench. Deputy DA Griffin Bonini finished first in the second judicial race, setting up a runoff with second-place vote getter Enrique Colin, a deputy public defender. Contra Costa's Judge Sugiyama kept his seat with 68 percent of the vote.
