Attorney Matthew Davis, of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Echeverria, said Monday that the firm and its co-counsel will petition the Washoe County district court for more than $10 million in fees.
Davis, a Walkup associate, said his firm and the Reno firm of Lyle, Murphy included in their class action notice that they would take a 40 percent slice of any award.
