In its latest effort to increase its services for Asia-based clients, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius announced Monday its addition of Nancy Yamaguchi as a corporate and technology transactions partner in San Francisco.

Yamaguchi joins the Am Law 100 firm from her role as a partner and global head of technology at Withers Bergman, a firm she joined in 2014 from San Jose, California-based Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel. Yamaguchi’s practice focuses on transactions involving Japanese companies.
