SAN FRANCISCO — Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati saw double-digit gains in gross revenue, net income and profits per partner in 2015.

Net income shot up 22.6 percent to $293 million as revenue increased 13.8 percent to $735 million. Profits per partners increased 16 percent to $2.22 million.

The firm’s revenue per lawyer for the first time exceeded $1 million, putting it in roughly the same weight class as its Silicon Valley peers Fenwick & West and Cooley. In short, it was a record year for the firm.
