Finnish startup Supercell Oy has attracted legions of mobile gamers and reportedly billions in private investment with Clash of Clans and other hugely popular online games.

Like other successful young companies, it’s also attracted patent litigation. Two non-practicing entities sued Supercell and other gaming companies last year in Delaware federal court, saying the companies were infringing their patented methods on improving game experiences.
