Wilson, Wachtell, Simpson help bring Square to the public market
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz are both representing San Francisco payments company Square Inc. in its initial public offering. The company, which filed confidentially earlier in the summer, plans to raise up to $250 million.
