Jessica Stebbins Bina joined Latham & Watkins as a litigation partner in Century City. She departs O’Melveny & Myers where she was counsel. Her move follows those of litigation partner Marvin Putnam and a six-partner entertainment transactional group that left O’Melveny for Latham.
Four attorneys left Hanson Bridgett to launch construction law boutique O’Connor Thompson McDonough Klotsche in Sacramento. They are Robert O’Connor, Sean Thompson, Erin McDonough and John Klotsche. All four joined in 2010 when their firm McDonough Holland & Allen closed its doors.
