SAN FRANCISCO — The starting lineups are set for outside counsel in StubHub Inc.’s antitrust fight against the Golden State Warriors and Ticketmaster LLC.

StubHub filed suit late last month with counsel from Constantine Cannon and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. This past week, teams from Arnold & Porter and Latham & Watkins entered appearances to defend the Warriors and Ticketmaster against allegations they conspired to illegally restrain the secondary market for ticket sales.
