SAN FRANCISCO — Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented data and network security company Blue Coat Systems Inc. in its $2.4 billion sale to Bain Capital LLC. Bain purchased the Sunnyvale-based company in an all-cash offer from its previous owner, Thoma Bravo LLC, which acquired Blue Coat in 2012 for roughly $1.3 billion.
