SAN FRANCISCO — Local home-cleaning platform Homejoy Inc. is looking for a general counsel to lead it through what is shaping up to be a complex legal environment. Amongst a list of priorities for the new position, Homejoy expects its candidate to have expertise in regulatory and policy matters and California employment law.

The San Francisco-based company, which did not return messages for comment, posted an ad for its open GC slot over the weekend. There are no lawyers registered with Homejoy on the California State Bar website.
