Cooley, Sullivan & Cromwell help ink $1.2 billion medical device sale

Cooley provided counsel to San Diego-based medical device maker Volcano Corp. in its $1.2 billion sale to Amsterdam’s Koninklijke Phillips N.V. San Diego-based partner and head of the M&A practice Barbara Borden led the Cooley team, which included partner Matthew Browne and associates Ben Beerle and Jon Russo, along with special counsel Rama Padmanabhan and Michelle Lara.
