Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley founding partner Eugene Majeski died on the Fourth of July at the age of 97.

A Chicago native, Majeski moved to California in the 1940s and founded the Redwood City-based firm in 1948 with Harold Ropers. Today, the firm has about 90 attorneys and six U.S. offices, as well as an affiliated office in Hong Kong.
