SAN FRANCISCO — Agents with the California Department of Justice on Tuesday arrested the San Diego owner and operator of a revenge-porn website, the first such arrest in state history, according to the attorney general’s office.

Kevin Bollaert, 27, was charged with 31 felony counts of conspiracy, identity theft and extortion in connection with his websites, ugotposted.com and changemyreputation.com. According to a complaint filed by the AG’s office in San Diego County Superior Court, Bollaert allowed anonymous users to post more than 10,000 nude and explicit photos of individuals along with those subjects’ names, locations, ages and Facebook links on ugotposted.com.
