Fraser McAlpine joined Jackson Lewis and will become managing partner of the firm’s San Francisco office as of Jan. 1. McAlpine was formerly at Hunton & Williams where he was the managing partner of the San Francisco office and head of the California labor and employment practice. He represents employers in complex employment litigation including class actions, collective actions and representative actions. He graduated from University of Toledo College of Law in 1978.

LOS ANGELES

Winston & Strawn added Edward Kayukov and Laurae Rossi, both project finance attorneys from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, as partners in its Los Angeles office. Kayukov specializes in representing lenders, tax equity investors and developers in the renewable energy sector. He graduated from Stanford Law School in 1996. Rossi focuses on the development, acquisition and financing of offshore oil rigs and toll roads in the United States and Latin America. She graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2002.
