Goodwin Procter has poached a patent prosecution partner from Fish & Richardson, the firm announced Tuesday.
Daniel Burns joined the Silicon Valley office’s patent prosecution & counseling and technology transactions groups Monday. He said he was “extremely pleased” about the move to Goodwin, adding that he looks forward to helping his clients tap into the expertise of his colleagues at the full-service firm.
