Curtis Graham has joined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in the firm's Los Angeles office. Previously a partner with FordHarrison, Graham brings extensive class action and single-plaintiff litigation expertise to Littler. He received a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001. Accompanying Graham to Littler is senior associate Michelle Rapoport. Rapoport concentrates her practice on employment litigation, including discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination and wage and hour matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006.

Brian Kintz and Fernando Landa are joining Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson as partners. Both lawyers are coming from Allen Matkins. Kintz will focus on transactional real estate matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1997. Landa's practice will focus on a broad range of real estate matters, with an emphasis on the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of commercial real estate. Landa received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008.
