An opinion released Wednesday from the Sixth District Court of Appeal is a loss for Jasmine Networks Inc., which hoped to reverse a jury verdict siding with Marvell on allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and the implied covenant of good faith as well as intentional interference with contractual relations.
